However, hooking up utilities and adding skirting are the customer’s responsibility unless you opt for our skirting package, which can be purchased separately. This approach allows you to customize your setup while ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
You’ll need to prepare the site in advance, including utility access and a stable placement area (e.g., concrete footers).
How long does it take to deliver a Park Model RV after purchase?
Delivery times can vary based on the model, customization, and your location. Typically, delivery can be expected within 10-12 weeks from the date of purchase.

Yes, all our Park Model RVs come with a 1-year warranty on our craftsmanship, while the main equipment and materials (roof, siding, floor, water heater, and appliances) come with their standard manufacturer warranties. The specifics of the warranty are provided at the time of purchase.

We do not allow for changing the layout of our models. Each model is a specific floor plan. Currently, we have three models to aid in selection and style, with more on the way!
If none of our current floor plans suit your needs, please let us know what you'd like to see and we'll consider designing a new layout.
Do Park Model RVs require a foundation?
Park model RVs do not require a permanent foundation, but they do need to be supported by piers (not included) for stability. The number and placement of piers depend on the model, and we can provide a detailed drawing showing the recommended locations. Typically, the park model is blocked up high enough so the tires don’t touch the ground. Additionally, we recommend using stabilizing jacks (not included) for leveling and tie-down straps for added security in windy conditions. This setup ensures your park model is safe, stable, and long-lasting.
Do you offer financing?
